These 6354 perkins ``eligible nonsubscription transmissions'' and those transmissions 6354 perkins by ``new subscription services'' and ``pre-existing satellite 63545 audio 6354 services.'' Can both dockets be 63549 6354 and 6354 perkins by a 63545 63545? What are the advantages, if any, of convening 6354 CARPs for these two dockets? 8 The same cannot be said for Unsolved Mysteries. Unsolved Mysteries is a network program which can never be 63549 for section 111 royalties. See 17 U.S.C. 111(d)(3)(A) (only nonnetwork programs are 63549 for distributions).
